Favorite Shows?
Am I the only one who watches Battlestar Galactica or Stargate SG-1 / Stargate Atlantis?
(on tv)

I agree. I never gave SGA a chance though so maybe I'm not being fair.

Well i thought it was nice, nothing more, basics characters even if almost all actors are quite good ..
The first half of the first season is only the usual exploring-with-da-gate stuff
But, give a chance to what come next, i was pretty amazed
There are still new ideas ..
The only thing i dont like in SGA, is the boring char of Sheppard
Ah..one more.. more O'Neill for criyn out loud !!!

I don't know... It just isnt the same.. can't really explain with my small dictionary of english words.
Just how they act, the ideas.. everything.. even their faces.. It just looks like a comedy to me.
I would be really happy to have all SG-1's on DVD.

I LIVE for Sci-Fi Fridays. Those are easily my favorite shows on TV right now. I agree that Atlantis has been a little disappointing so far, but I'm willing to give it time. They're only on their second season and need time to develop.
BSG is the best show on television right now. I don't care who you are, that's a fact. The bias against sci-fi as good television these days just isn't fair. Everything about that show is absolutely first rate. Edward James Olmos brings a dignity to the "captain's chair" that's been totally lacking in sci-fi since Patrick Stewart and TNG went off the air. The plotlines are absoultely gripping. What other show on TV is dealing so bluntly with issues like this one? Cylons as terrorists anyone? Great stuff.

I know someone that talks like Teal'c in real life. He's a bit weird.

24 is the best show on TV. Anyone who claims otherwise has not watched it.

"24" is fine, but it's better on DVD than it is as a TV show.
